Hey its Scott Schulte or Schulte95 on twitter I just wanted to take a very quick second to send you a video and explain why you should not be marketing like this.
Social Media Marketing is all about being social. Think about being at a party. Social does not mean send me in 50 directions. Social does not mean hey everyone want to buy my crap its the best crap in the world.
If you were at a party would you say hey My name is Scott and I knew there was going to be alot of people here so I filled my car up with all my amway stuff. You wanna buy my stuff?
When a person is first getting to know you they dont want to buy your stuff you should be looking to build a relationship with them. You can do this a few different ways.
Taking the time to talk to each person individually. This could take hours if you have thousands of people or post articles that you find interesting. If a person comes on you page and sees they like to fish or hunt. They will probably ad you cause they all like fishing and hunting. Do you understand this? I personally keep my facebook personal to some extent. I do have close personal business friends on Facebook, but that is not the first thing that comes out of my mouth. Join me on Facebook. I just found you on twitter I really dont want to play hide and seek with you across the internet.
